Hermes Agent is a private, single-user command-line application operated by its owner on the owner's own computer. It is not offered as a public or commercial service and has no users other than its owner.
The application may be used only with Google Accounts the owner is authorised to access, and only for lawful purposes. It must not be used to access another person's data without permission.
The application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Actions requested by the owner (sending mail, editing documents, creating events) are performed at the owner's direction and risk. The owner remains responsible for the content sent from, and the changes made to, their own account.
The application uses Google APIs under the Google APIs Terms of Service. Google's own terms govern the underlying services.
